Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 197(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to health care decisions, including do not                                     
    resuscitate orders and the donation of body parts, and to powers of                             
    attorney relating to health care, including the donation of body
